Technical Manager

Total Experience:

  • 5 – 8 Years
  • Experience in business/financial analysis, process review mapping, requirements elicitation, team manager, technical lead or programming background (LAMP Stack)

Job Description:

Role & responsibilities:
  • Operations Related:
    • Perform activities related to business process review and re-engineering
    • Demonstrates strong working knowledge of key IT processes
    • Understand high level project scope
    • Provide solutions and estimation to the client
    • Prepare Proposals/POC
    • Create Project Management Plan
    • Setup connectivity to client environment
    • Setup project workspace
    • Deliver as per Clients SOW
    • Provide support in gathering detailed project requirements
    • Update Portal or central repository
    • Perform Quality check
    • Perform risk assessment and identify potential risk areas
    • Manage changes in accordance to client’s requirement
    • Conduct project specific research
    • Responsible for project escalations
    • Guide team from a technical perspective, share technical know-how based on prior development / technical lead experiences
  • Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Responsible for maintaining project management plan
    • Preparing the reporting / status deck
    • Maintain risks and issues log
    • Conduct Internal and External project status review
    • Explain and train project teams of clear customer requirements and gathering
    • Responsible for gathering lessons learnt
    • Manages the activities and people associated with the project as well as the success of that project
    • Defines project schedules to plan and coordinate project activity
    • Provides technical coordination and leadership for staff
    • Designs, develops, documents and implements new projects
    • Assists with development and oversight of programming and testing for projects
    • Ensures projects are securely delivered and fulfill expectations
    • Identifies opportunities for enhancements and refinements to standards and processes
    • Works directly with Architects, System Analysts and QA team to manage the technical aspects of a development project
    • Makes sure that project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
  • Management Related:
    • Provide support in managing Project P&L
    • Provide support in seeking customer feedback
    • Lead Vertical and assist in maintaining growth and develop SME in the domains / vertical of BA / PM
  • Miscellaneous:
    • Handle documentations related to ISO and PMO compliance
Skills:
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Project Management
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact and collaborate professionally with external and internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possess general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design. Programming background (LAMP Stack) / technical lead capabilities would be added advantage.
