Job Description:
Assist with EDI Mapping, BPML Development, and System Administration with IBM sterling B2B I Application
Perform Process Engineering, Business Analysis, training, and documentation for Business Support
Communicate with Internal/External Users
Review, analyse, and evaluate Trading Partner Requirements and internal/external user needs for process improvement, upgrade, system implementation, system enhancement, or issue reduction
Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues
Utilize standard PLC template to accurately and concisely write Process documentation and technical specifications
Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including unit, system, and integration, for new and modified systems, and other post-implementation support
Provide orientation to end users for all modified and new systems
Manage and execute projects related to systems administration
Engage with EDI Trading Partners and 3rd Party Vendors to determine project requirements and implementation issues, and with external consultants as the project activity demands
