• Demand Plus is a subscription service based on a basic number of man hours with the option to adjust your requirement as the service progresses. It is supported by a web-based service delivery system that gives you an idea of what tasks have been logged, the progress against these and the amount of service time consumed.


  • The service can be summarized as follows:
  • Customer subscribes to Demand Plus for a fee (annual)
  • The scope of service and service levels (SLA) are agreed upon
  • The working model is agreed upon
  • Demand Plus provides service meeting the agreed service levels
  • Demand Plus uses a web-based service desk for managing incidents and ad hoc requests
  • Any additional service over the agreed period is provided at a charge
